Quality control
Spec checks that finish before the next pallet rolls in.
QC techs read a temp, a pH, a brix, or a visual grade out loud. Voiceflo writes the value into the right field, flags out-of-spec readings, and routes the alert to the supervisor on shift.
The problem
Your QC tech has a refractometer in one hand, a pH probe in the other, and a clipboard balanced on a stack of crates. They read the value, set the instrument down, find the right row on the sheet, write it, find their place again, move on. Multiply by 40 lots a day. The handwriting gets worse, the sheet gets wet, and someone has to type it all into the system before close of business.
How Voiceflo fits
The tech says the lot number, then reads each measurement. Voiceflo knows the spec, knows the form, fills it in, and tells the tech if anything is out of range right there. Out-of-spec readings push a notification to the supervisor and an automatic hold on the lot. The keyboard never comes out.
What gets captured
Brix, pH, temperature, weight, fill volume, color and visual grade, defect counts, foreign material checks, label and date code verification, sample sizes, and any free-text observations. Every value carries the lot, the timestamp, the tech, and the audio.
Who uses it
QC technicians, line leads who do their own spot checks, customer audit teams who want a faster way to verify their COAs.
Plays well with
SafetyChain, Trace Gains, Ignition, your homegrown LIMS, or just a CSV export to whoever asks for the data.
Pilot Voiceflo on one line, one shift.
We set it up with you, train your supervisors, and you decide if it stays after two weeks.
