Voiceflo processes voice notes and form entries on behalf of the customer who operates the account. We act as a processor. The customer is the controller of their workers' data.

Audio is stored alongside the transcript so anything captured can be played back during an audit. Recordings are retained for the period set by the customer. Workers can be told what is recorded and when. We do not sell data and we do not use customer recordings to train shared models.

Hosting is on Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage). Speech to text and language models run through Groq. We can sign a DPA. Write to hello@voiceflo.io.
